To lodge a warranty claim with King Living, follow steps below:

  1. Identify the defect and provide the necessary information below:
    • Your name
    • Order delivery address
    • Your phone number
    • King Living product details
    • Details of the defect claimed
  2. Notify Customer Service Team within 14 days of the defect occurring:
    • Call Customer Service Team on 1300 135 464
    • Click here to submit an enquiry form 
  3. Provide the necessary information to King Customer Service, which may include:
    • Photographic evidence of the defect
    • A written explanation of the defect
    • Details of the defect over the phone
  4. Provide further information to the Customer Service Team throughout the process:
    • Respond to questions designed to diagnose potential faults
    • Follow their procedures for obtaining the warranty
    • Respond promptly to all requests

Once you have completed these steps, a King Living representative will determine if your warranty claim is valid and inform you how they will honour it.

How will King Living honour my warranty claim? 

King Living requires this information to determine if your warranty claim is valid. If your claim is deemed valid, King Living will honour it by:

  1. Replacing the product or supplying an equivalent product (the replacement becomes your property, and the replaced item becomes King's property)
  2. Repairing the product
  3. Paying the cost of replacing the product by acquiring an equivalent product (when a refund is provided, the returned product becomes King's property and must be returned to King)
  4. Paying the cost of having the product repaired

For claims related to recliner electronics and motion components, King Living will honour the warranty by:

  1. Replacing the recliner electronics or motion component or supplying an equivalent component (the replacement becomes your property, and the replaced item becomes King's property)
  2. Repairing the recliner electronics or motion component
  3. Paying the cost of replacing the recliner electronics or motion component or acquiring an equivalent component (when a refund is provided, the returned component becomes King's property and must be returned to King)
  4. Paying the cost of having the recliner electronics or motion component repaired

Components replaced under this warranty may vary in colour and texture compared to the original, and such variations are not considered defects. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective component only.
