If you have a valid warranty claim for a King Living product, our Customer Service team will ensure it is honoured.
Here's a summary of how we'll proceed with your warranty claim:
- If your claim is valid, we'll replace the product, repair it, or cover the costs of replacement or repair. When we replace a product or component, the new item will be yours, and the old item will belong to King Living.
- For warranty claims involving recliner electronics and motion components, we'll either replace the faulty part, repair it, or cover the costs of replacement or repair. If we provide a refund, the returned electronics or motion component must be given back to King Living.
Please note that any components we replace under the warranty might have slight colour and texture differences from the original. These variations are not considered defects.
Lastly, keep in mind that our warranty covers only the defective component, not the entire product.
